Hail Damage Colorado

Hail damage can vary widely. There are two processes that can be used to fix hail damaged vehicles. The first is PDR (paintless dent repair). In PDR the metal is pushed (usually from the back) back into shape without disturbing the paint. This works well for the lighter damage caused by small hail. For heavier damage, conventional bodywork is done on each panel to straighten it. Any areas too severely damaged for either of these processes are replaced. After major storms insurance companies may set up catastrophe, or cat, centers to help process repairs more efficiently. In these cases, the car must first be taken to the cat center for an estimate by an insurance adjuster before our estimators can process the repair. After seeing your insurance company give us a call to make an appointment.
