Our office staff provides free estimates. After an appointment is made to bring the vehicle to the shop, one of our estimators goes out to evaluate the it and note any visible damage. The information is input into our estimating system, and a preliminary estimate of the cost and time required for the repair is made. The estimator then orders the required parts. As the vehicle goes through the repair process the estimator assures everything goes smoothly. The estimator also functions as a liaison with the insurance company and is in contact with them as necessary. Our estimators are here to walk customers through the process and are available to answer any questions throughout.
